Short, because there isn't much to it.
What you're buying
A made-to-measure under-cushion sofa support, cut to the bare seat-base width and depth you give us, with folding joints, stackable lift modules, a grip-fabric top, and rounded edge caps. It is in development: the first batch is being made now, and pre-orders are filled in the order they arrive.
Price
The price shown at checkout is the price of the smallest stock support board that would cover your seat. That is the whole price for the support itself. Shipping inside the United States is included. We don't ship outside the United States yet.
When it ships
Your support ships within 90 days of your order. We email you the shipping date before it goes out. If we cannot ship inside that window, we tell you, and you can wait or take a full refund.
Refunds
Any time before we email your shipping date: full refund, no questions, reply to your receipt. After it ships: 30 days to return it for a full refund of the price paid; you cover return postage. Because it is cut to your measurements, we confirm the numbers with you before we cut, and we'll ask for a photo of the bare base if anything looks off.
What it is not for
Recliners, sofa beds and sleepers, attached (sewn-in) cushions, broken or cracked frames, snapped springs, disintegrated cushion foam, or children's furniture. The order form asks, and we'll say so if that's your sofa. Full coverage list.
SofaSupports products are furniture accessories. They are not medical, therapeutic, ergonomic, or safety devices, and we make no claims about injury prevention, posture, or health. Any weight figure we ever publish will come from our own test, and we'll say so.
Payment and your details
Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. We keep your email, measurements, and shipping address to make and send your support, and for nothing else. We don't sell or share them.
